2-room follow-up audit · AK Legend Gardens (facility 4693) · 2026-06-26 → 2026-07-10 (REAL 14-day trace, raw ~9-min cadence stitched from AROYA public_api; harvest-group roster back online, so phases are roster-verified this run — not signal-inferred). This grades directly against the four things we flagged on the 6/12→6/26 baseline, and the short version is Jered acted on three of the four. (1) The first-shot time is locked. Room 1's P1 onset was swinging ±2.6 h day-to-day last audit; over these 14 days it holds to ~10:21 local with a standard deviation of just ±14 minutes. That is the single cheapest consistency win and it's done. (2) Room 2's flowering humidity is fixed. It averaged 71.2% (peaking 79%) last time — a bud-rot setup — and now sits at 53.8% mean (70.7% peak), squarely inside the 45–60% flower band. Room 2's air temp also came down to 70.3°F, a much calmer flowering environment. (3) Feed EC got the nudge. Room 1's pore EC was reading lean at 2.70 mS (below the veg band) on 6/26; it now runs 6.53 mS mean and is actively stacking (5.3→7.4 mS across the window), right in the 3–7 mS band AROYA has set for the current Bulking/Vegetative 2 phase. (4) The one still open: Room 2 still has no substrate probes. This was the #1 highest-leverage recommendation on both prior audits. The 8 spare devices that were unplaced in inventory on 6/10 have now been placed — but into Room 1 (which was already sensed), not Room 2. Room 2's watering remains invisible to AROYA. Room 1 itself now reads as a well-steered bulking room: dryback 19.4 pp absolute (bulking target 12–18 pp), peak VWC ~60.5% daily, ~11.3 shots/day, substrate 79.0°F (still a touch warm), CO₂ 1421 ppm. VPD is running 1.14 kPa — slightly soft vs the 1.2–1.4 bulking band, the one small climate nudge left in Room 1. Data window: 2026-06-26 → 2026-07-10, ~99% coverage both rooms. Shot counts derived from VWC step-up signatures (≥0.8 pp between consecutive ~9-min samples) — no flow/runoff telemetry at this site (see Data Quality).Auditoría de seguimiento · AK Legend Gardens (4693) · 2026-06-26 → 2026-07-10. Jered actuó sobre 3 de 4 recomendaciones: (1) hora del primer shot fija (±14 min vs ±2.6 h); (2) HR de floración Sala 2 bajó a 53.8% (banda 45–60%); (3) CE de poro subió a 6.53 mS (banda 3–7). Pendiente: Sala 2 sigue sin sondas de sustrato. Sala 1 bien manejada en bulking: dryback 19.4 pp (objetivo 12–18).

Steering intent: Generatively-steered transitioning to bulking — and this is now roster-verified, not inferred: the harvest group "FR 1 6/6–8/2" ran Early Flower/Generative (6/13→6/27) then flipped to Bulking/Vegetative 2 (6/27→7/18) inside this window. AROYA's own phase targets for the current phase: soil moisture 30–65%, pore EC 3.0–7.0 mS, VPD 1.2–1.4, air temp 75–80°F.
What the data shows: overnight dryback 19.4 pp absolute (bulking target 12–18 pp — right on it, and the ~20 pp we saw last audit was correct generative steering for the early-flower phase it was in). Pore EC has stacked from 5.3 to 7.4 mS across the window (mean 6.53) — exactly the EC-stacking behaviour you want going into bulking, and a direct response to last audit's feed-EC nudge. Peak VWC ~60.5%, ~11.3 shots/day, first shot locked at 10:21 (±14 min — was ±2.6 h). Two small things left: substrate still runs warm at 79.0°F, and lights-on VPD (1.14 kPa) is a touch under the 1.2–1.4 bulking band — a small climate lever if you want a crisper dry-down.
Intención: generativa pasando a bulking (verificado por roster: Early Flower 6/13→6/27, luego Bulking/Veg 2 6/27→7/18). Dryback 19.4 pp absoluto (objetivo bulking 12–18). Steering intent: still can't be read from AROYA — Room 2 has no substrate (TEROS) probes, only climate (h421 + EE894 CO₂). But the climate story here is a clear win vs last audit: RH is down to 53.8% mean (70.7% peak) from 71.2 / 79.0%, air temp down to 70.3°F, VPD 1.17 kPa — a safe, well-controlled flowering atmosphere. The watering itself remains invisible, so VWC, dryback, pore EC and shot cadence still can't be graded. Getting probes in this room is still the single biggest unlock at the site.

RecommendationsRecomendaciones

Prioritized. Owner = you / facility lead; Grower = day-to-day operator; Process = AROYA / Addium follow-up. The list is shorter than last audit because most of it got done.Priorizadas. La lista es más corta porque casi todo se hizo.

ProcessFlower Room 2 — get substrate probes in (still #1)
Move 1–2 TEROS probe stacks into Flower Room 2. The spares that were unplaced on 6/10 went into Room 1 (which was already sensed) — Room 2 is the room that needs them.
This flowering room still runs completely blind on water — no VWC, dryback, EC or shot timing. Flower is exactly where dryback and EC stacking decide quality and weight. This single change unlocks the other half of the facility for crop steering, and it's the one open item from the last two audits.
GrowerFlower Room 1 — nudge lights-on VPD up toward the bulking band
Lights-on VPD is running 1.14 kPa against the 1.2–1.4 bulking target. A small RH pull-down (or slightly warmer leaf) would firm the dry-down without touching the shot program.
You're steering bulking well on EC and dryback; a crisper VPD gives the plant a touch more transpiration pull to match. Minor — this is fine-tuning, not a fix.
OwnerFlower Room 1 — the substrate is still warm
Root-zone still ~79.0°F (ideal ~69–76°F) — unchanged since last audit. Check lights/mat heat load; a cooler root zone slows dryback and steadies EC.
Warm substrate speeds dryback and stresses roots; paired with a deep P3 it compounds. This was flagged last time and hasn't moved.
GrowerFlower Room 1 — optional light P2 support
P2 maintenance pulses are still ~0.6/day. If you want VWC to sit flatter through the afternoon before the P3 dry-down, add 1–2 light midday pulses.
Optional. The deep dry-down is intentional and on-target for bulking, but a couple of P2 pulses keep the root zone from coasting too far before the overnight fall.
ProcessConfig — set substrate type + add a runoff signal
Set the substrate type in each room's AROYA config (tightens every target band), and consider a drain/runoff sensor or a one-week manual runoff log so leaching can be graded.
Substrate type is still unset and there's no flow/runoff series, so shot sizes and runoff % remain derived, not measured. Phases are now roster-verified — that gap is closed.

This run vs last runEsta corrida vs la anterior
  • Phases are ROSTER-VERIFIED this run. The harvest-group roster was back online, so Room 1's phases (Early Flower/Generative → Bulking/Vegetative 2) come from the live AROYA recipe, not signal inference. This is an upgrade over the 6/26 baseline, which was signal-inferred.
  • Flower Room 2 still has no substrate (TEROS) probes — only climate (h421 + EE894). VWC, dryback, pore EC, substrate temp and shot cadence are NOT measured there; its substrate charts render empty by design.
  • Shot counts and P1/P2 cadence in Room 1 are DERIVED — a "shot" is a VWC step-up ≥0.8 pp between consecutive ~9-min samples. No flow-meter or valve telemetry exists; the AROYA count_irrigation_events probe returned 0 events (no cumulative drip series), confirming the step-up derivation is the only available method. Counts are reliable for rhythm/consistency; absolute shot sizes aren't graded.
  • No runoff series exists — runoff % and runoff EC can't be graded.
  • Substrate type is still unset in the AROYA room config — bands lean on the roster's per-phase targets where available. The signal (peak VWC ~71.2%, deep drybacks) reads rockwool-like / high-water-holding.
  • Overnight dryback (absolute pp) = daily peak VWC − following pre-irrigation low, zone-mean. Never expressed relative to field capacity.
  • Clock times are Alaska local (AKDT, UTC−8); lights-on estimated from each room's diurnal air-temp ramp (both rooms read ~12 h photoperiod this window).
