Readiness spread:
Graded against the WP5 go/no-go — a device receives WP5 only if it is online with battery ≥ 30% and signal ≥ 50% at the scheduled push. Status, battery and last-communication are read directly from the AROYA device list.

How the WP5 update works & what to do here

The gateway updates to WP5 and pushes it to every device online and communicating at the scheduled time (go/no-go: online, battery ≥ 30%, signal ≥ 50%). Offline devices simply stay on WP4not bricked or harmed; the constraint is WP4↔WP5 compatibility, not damage. Updates are normally run remotely.

  1. This facility is fully offline, so there is nothing to push to today. First decide whether the site is being recommissioned (bring devices back online) or retired (trade the sensors in).
  2. If recommissioning: bring the gateway online first (it carries the push), then work the device list — replace flat node batteries and restore signal so each is online with battery ≥ 30% and signal ≥ 50%. Every device up at push time receives WP5; every device down stays on WP4 (unharmed).
  3. If retiring: mark the 36 TEROS-12 and 5 Atmos-14 sensors for a TEROS One / Climate One trade-in in the planner below rather than reviving years-dormant hardware.
  4. Stragglers recover later by reverting a gateway to WP4, bringing the device online, re-running, then returning the gateway to WP5 — no time limit. Keep the mixed WP4/WP5 window short.
  5. Note: existing WP4 gear keeps working as-is; new AROYA equipment requires WP5, which is the reason to update.

Status is authoritative — read live from the AROYA app device list (SPA /devices/): online, battery %, rssi, and lastCommunication per device, with each TEROS-12 / Atmos-14 folded into the radio it plugs into. Class by serial prefix: H31x/H32x/H34x = node, H111 = climate station, H110 = repeater, H21x = gateway, SINK = sink. Readiness reflects the WP5 go/no-go — a device receives WP5 only if online with battery ≥ 30% and signal ≥ 50% at the scheduled push; otherwise it stays on WP4 (unharmed — the constraint is WP4↔WP5 compatibility, not damage; stragglers recover later via a WP4 gateway revert). TEROS One applies to TEROS-12 substrate sensors, Climate One to Atmos-14 — the planner totals trade-in cost from what you mark. Status edits + upgrade picks sync across every device that opens this link, with a local cache when offline; Export gives a JSON snapshot. Public-API inventory lists 92 raw rows for this facility (radios + folded sensors); the 49 here is the operator-facing device + folded-sensor view.
