1 · Phil Huff (Mgr, Cultivation) — irrigation consistency (standing agenda). Graded against the 2026-06-10 audit: MIXED. Improved — the bulking cohort's peak-VWC spread collapsed from 20.3 pp to 4.3 pp (72.0–76.3%), and its day-to-day P1 onset settled to ±1.21 h. Not improved — bulking drybacks are STILL generative-depth (29.7–36.0 pp vs the 12–18 pp band; second consecutive window), and the inconsistency moved upstream: the early-flower cohort now spreads 4.25 h on P1 onset and 32.5 pp on peak VWC. The "one P1 clock per phase recipe" rec from 2026-06-10 has not landed.
2 · Will Tobin (Supervisor, Fertigation) — runoff data review (1:1, 2026-05-26). Status: still BLOCKED on telemetry — no runoff volume or runoff-EC series exists in the facility 4412 chart payload. §9 keeps the review path (drain-sensor commissioning or a 1-week manual runoff log vs the 20–30% bulking target). Related — AutomAIt tank sizing (Tobin, 6/26 email): Will is sizing 4+ tanks around ~8,000 gal/day (recipe A) + ~3,000 gal/day (recipe B); §7's observed shots/day by phase (14.6–17.1 in bulking, 4.7–15.5 in early flower) is the demand-side rhythm those tanks must cover; the runoff log would close the loop on daily volume.
3 · Shaylea Haight (IPM supervisor, 7/9) — pods showing a "current grow cycle (mid flower)" that left ~5 weeks ago. Status: CORROBORATED at the roster level — the live HG pull finds 108 un-archived HGs past their end date, including 13 harvested 3–8 weeks ago (e.g. H-2026-053 F20 26H3, harvested 2026-05-31; H-2026-057 F19 26H3, 2026-06-13). Stale room/zone bindings from those HGs are the likely source of the pod display; zone-level binding could not be verified from the summary payload this run. Fix path in §9.
