Program ONE P1 start per the early-flower recipe (lights-on + 120–240 min, generative) across all 10 rooms, and audit P1 shot count/size in the low-peak rooms — F10 (peak 42.9%, 4.7 shots/day), F4 (43.5%, 7.5) and F13 (55.8%, 8.2) vs the cohort's 66–76% and 11–15 shots/day
P1 onset spreads 4.25 h across the cohort (07:07–11:22 ET) and the four loosest rooms move their own onset ±3.2–3.6 h day-to-day (F10, F9, F13, F21). Peak VWC spreads 32.5 pp — same-phase rooms are returning to very different field capacities. All 6 bulking rooms (NY F17, NY F19, NY F20, NY F23, NY F2, NY F11) run generative-depth drybacks on 14.6–17.1 shots/day — the volume rhythm is there, but P3 starts too early and cuts too deep for a turgor-driven phase. Pore EC sits 5.69–8.28 mS against the 4–7 mS bulking ceiling (F17 8.28, F23 8.27) — the deep P3 is stacking EC the phase is supposed to be pulling back. This was the #1 rec on 2026-06-10 and grades unresolved.
Grower Generative windows — cut P2 maintenance pulses
Reduce P2 pulses where generative steering is the intent: F24 runs 9.4 P2 pulses/day in early flower GEN; F14 runs 7.2 and F15 6.1 in late flower / ripening
Generative phases want P1-to-FC then a hard P3, with P2 minimized — mid-day pulsing refills what the dry-down is trying to earn. Model rooms in the same phases hold 1.9–4.1 P2/day (F12 1.9, F3 3.4, F1 4.1). The AROYA phase names on the live roster ("Early Flower GEN", "Late Flower GEN") already state the intent; the controllers are contradicting it in 3 rooms.
Owner Per-phase steering principles — one-page recipe card per phase
Adopt the §8 phase ladder as the facility's controller spec — one P1 onset clock, shot size, P2 count, dryback target (absolute pp) and pore-EC band per phase recipe, programmed identically in every room running that recipe
The standing ask is "overall steering principles for each phase." The live roster's own phase names (Early Flower GEN → Mid Flower BULK → Late Flower GEN → Flush) encode the right intent; the observed data shows generative-depth drybacks in every flower phase including BULK. A written per-phase recipe turns intent into controller programming and makes next cycle's audit pass/fail per room. Bulking's peak-VWC normalization this window (4.3 pp spread) proves the deck executes when a single number is enforced.
Process HG roster hygiene — close out the stale harvest groups (IPM 7/9 flag)
Archive the 108 past-end un-archived HGs (13 harvested 3–8 weeks ago), verify pod/zone assignments point at the current 26H4/26H5 groups, and re-check the pods the IPM team flagged on 7/9
Pods showing a "current grow cycle (mid flower)" that left ~5 weeks ago is the user-visible symptom of stale HG assignments. The live roster confirms the hygiene gap at facility level. Also: room F6 (18538) returned zero telemetry for the entire window with no HG phase pointing at it — confirm it is genuinely empty/turnaround; and re-seat the dead-VWC zone flagged in NY F16 Veg.
Process Will Tobin — runoff data review + AutomAIt tank sizing cross-check
Run the 1-week manual runoff log (volume in vs out + runoff EC per room) against the 20–30% bulking runoff target, and use §7's per-phase shot rhythm as the demand curve for the 4-tank / ~8,000 + ~3,000 gal/day AutomAIt sizing
No runoff series exists in facility 4412 telemetry, so runoff % still cannot be graded — this closes Will's open 2026-05-26 commitment and de-risks the tank sizing decision with measured daily volumes instead of recipe nameplates. The bulking cohort's EC creep (up to 8.3 mS) is exactly the signature runoff data would explain.

  • Shot counts and P1/P2 cadence are DERIVED, not measured — a "shot" is a VWC step-up of ≥0.8 pp between consecutive ~9-min samples on the zone-mean series. count_irrigation_events returned 0 for this facility (no drip-volume telemetry), and no flow-meter or valve-event series exists. Counts are reliable for rhythm/consistency comparison; absolute shot sizes (% of substrate volume) are not graded.
  • No runoff series exists for facility 4412 — runoff % and runoff EC cannot be graded. Will Tobin's runoff review needs drain-sensor commissioning or a manual runoff log.
  • Room NY F6 (18538) returned zero series for the entire window — no live HG phase points at it either; treated as empty/turnaround and excluded. Mom rooms were not in this pull's scope.
  • Coverage: all 24 reported rooms span the full 14-day window; 21/24 hold ≥90% hourly-slot coverage. NY F14 (83.3%), NY F15 (87.2%) and NY F16 Veg (83.0%) carry intra-window gaps — their means are computed on present samples only and marked in the table below.
  • P1 onset clock times are America/New_York (EDT). Lights-on is estimated from each room's mean diurnal air-temp ramp; where that estimate failed, P0 delay is suppressed rather than reported wrong, and P1 onset (clock time) is the consistency metric.
  • Daily dryback (absolute pp) = daily peak VWC − the following pre-irrigation low on the zone-mean series, averaged across the window. Per AROYA convention, never expressed relative to field capacity.
