2-room cultivation read · Greenlight – Pepsi 2 (facility 4639) · 2026-06-03 → 2026-06-17 (REAL 14-day trace, raw ~3-min cadence stitched from AROYA public_api, 2-day windows merged, ~98% coverage both rooms). This is the first cultivation (watering + environment) read of Pepsi 2 — the prior AROYA touch here was the Apr 27 mesh-health incident, not a crop-steering review — so this sets a baseline and answers the two questions the cadence is built on: what does the watering look like, and is the environment backing it up? Both flower rooms are fully sensed (TEROS substrate + climate + CO₂), so unlike many sites we can actually see the water in both. Phases are signal-inferred (the harvest-group roster was unavailable this run), read from the data rather than the AROYA calendar. The short version: (1) Grow Room 2 is the well-run room. It runs a clean, consistent generative day — first shot lands at ~07:06 local within ±0.5 h, ~10 shots/day fill to ~68% peak VWC, then it dries back 17.3 pp absolute overnight (peak VWC − pre-irrigation low) with pore EC stacking to ~7.1 mS. That is textbook bulking-phase steering on a high-field-capacity substrate. (2) Grow Room 1 is the room to look at. It holds VWC flat near 55% with only a 4.5 pp overnight dryback, pore EC sitting low and flat at ~3.3 mS, and just ~1 shot/day whose clock time swings ±3.2 h. On a ~14 h photoperiod that reads as a veg / early-development room (or an under-steered flower room) — there is essentially no dry-down and no EC stack, so confirm the room’s intent against the roster. (3) Environment is mostly fine, with two flags: Grow Room 1’s RH peaks 78.8% (mean 65.7%) and its substrate runs warm (~79.5°F vs a 69–76°F ideal); Grow Room 2’s CO₂ averages 1439 ppm (peaks 2000), high vs a ~900–1300 target and worth a sensor/dosing check. Data window: 2026-06-03 → 2026-06-17, ~98% timestamp coverage both rooms. Shot counts and P1/P2 cadence are derived from VWC step-up signatures (≥0.8 pp rise between consecutive ~3-min samples) — no flow/runoff telemetry exists at this site (see Data Quality).2-room cultivation read · Greenlight – Pepsi 2 (facility 4639) · 2026-06-03 → 2026-06-17 (REAL 14-day trace, raw ~3-min cadence stitched from AROYA public_api, 2-day windows merged, ~98% coverage both rooms). Account Baseline — What We're Answering TodayLínea Base — Qué Respondemos Hoy

First cultivation read — prior touch was the Apr 27 mesh incidentPrimera lectura de cultivo — toque previo: incidente de malla 27-abr

This is the first AROYA watering + environment review of Greenlight – Pepsi 2. The previous engagement here was the April 27 mesh-health incident (flower-side repeater H3400003153 hit 0% battery and dropped, an RMA candidate) — a device issue, not a crop-steering commitment — so today sets the cultivation baseline rather than grading past crop-steering promises. The companion Device Health report (today) re-checks whether that repeater and the mesh have recovered. Plain answers to the two questions:
1 · What does your watering look like? Both flower rooms have substrate probes, so we can see it in both. Grow Room 2 runs the cleaner program — ~10 shots/day, fills to ~68% peak VWC, dries back 17.3 pp overnight (absolute pp), pore EC stacking to ~7.1 mS, first shot landing within ±0.5 h day to day — a well-controlled generative bulking day. Grow Room 1 tells a different story: VWC held flat near 55%, only a 4.5 pp dry-down, pore EC low and flat at ~3.3 mS, and ~1 shot/day on an erratic clock (±3.2 h). On its ~14 h photoperiod that reads as a veg / early room or an under-steered flower room — the key thing is to confirm its intended phase.
2 · Is the environment backing the watering up? Mostly yes — VPD sits ~1.0–1.2 kPa and CO₂ is dosed in both rooms. Two flags: Grow Room 1’s humidity peaks 78.8% (mean 65.7%) and its substrate runs warm (~79.5°F vs 69–76°F ideal), and Grow Room 2’s CO₂ averages 1439 ppm (peaks 2000), high vs a ~900–1300 target.
The things to act on (detailed in Recommendations): (a) confirm Grow Room 1’s phase and steering intent; (b) lock its first-shot time; (c) pull its flowering RH down and watch substrate heat; (d) keep Grow Room 2 on its current program and sanity-check its CO₂.
Footnote: phases here are read from the data (no harvest-group roster this run) — re-confirm against a live roster pull when the AROYA app session is back.

Does the day's VPD profile match the day's shot rhythm? A higher-VPD lights-on period pulls water out faster and needs P2 maintenance pulses to defend field capacity; a calmer day lets you cut P2 and drive a deeper P3 dry-down. Watering Pattern — P0 / P1 / P2 / P3Patrón de Riego — P0 / P1 / P2 / P3

The 4-phase day is how the controller is programmed: P0 activation (lights-on → first shot, let the plant wake up and start transpiring), P1 ramp-up (small shots back to field capacity + first runoff), P2 maintenance (pulses holding VWC at field capacity through the day), P3 dry-down (last shot → next morning — the main steering lever). The table is the room-by-room answer: observed P1 onset (local clock ± day-to-day swing), shots/day, P2 pulses/day, daily peak VWC and overnight dryback — all derived from VWC step-up signatures (≥0.8 pp rise between consecutive ~9-min samples; no flow telemetry). Grower Grow Room 1 — confirm the phase & steering intent (highest leverage)
Grow Room 1 holds VWC flat near 55% with only a 4.5 pp overnight dryback, pore EC flat at ~3.3 mS, and ~1 shot/day on a ~14 h photoperiod. Confirm against the harvest-group roster whether this is a veg / early room (in which case the read is roughly on-target, just lean on EC) or a flowering room (in which case it is under-steered).
A 4.5 pp dry-down with no EC stack is a vegetative signal. If these are flowering plants, the room is being pushed vegetatively in a window where dryback and EC stacking should be driving quality and weight — the single biggest steering question at the site. If it is veg, no problem, but pore EC ~3.3 mS is at the low end of the 3–5 mS veg band.
Grower Grow Room 1 — lock the first-shot time
Pick ONE P1 onset time (lights-on + a fixed P0 delay) and program it. Right now the first shot drifts ±3.2 h day to day, and some days show only a single shot.
A consistent P0 delay is the foundation of repeatable steering — if the day starts at a different time each morning, the overnight dryback and the EC trajectory drift with it. Grow Room 2 already does this (±0.5 h); Room 1 should match it.
Grower Grow Room 1 — pull RH down & watch substrate heat
Humidity peaks 78.8% (mean 65.7%) and the substrate runs ~79.5°F (ideal root-zone 69–76°F). Lean on dehumidification / airflow, and check root-zone heat from lights / mats.
High humidity in a closing canopy is the classic bud-rot / powdery-mildew setup and it flattens VPD; warm substrate speeds dryback and stresses roots. Both are the clearest environmental risks in this room’s data.
Grower Grow Room 2 — hold the line, sanity-check CO₂
Keep Grow Room 2 on its current program — 17.3 pp dryback, ~10 shots/day, EC stacking to ~7.1 mS and a tight first-shot clock is exactly what bulking should look like. One thing to verify: CO₂ averages 1439 ppm and peaks 2000 ppm — confirm that’s the intended dosing setpoint (~900–1300) and the sensor is reading true.
This room is the template for the site. The only open question is the high CO₂ ceiling — either the dosing setpoint is aggressive or the EE894 needs a calibration check; both are quick to confirm.
Owner Both rooms — set substrate type & add a runoff signal
Set the substrate type in each room’s AROYA config (tightens every target band). Add a drain/runoff sensor or a one-week manual runoff log (volume in vs out + runoff EC) so leaching can be graded.
Substrate type is unset, so the bands here are generic. There is no flow/runoff series, so shot sizes and runoff % are derived, not measured — a runoff signal would unlock EC-leaching analysis, especially for Grow Room 2’s stack.
Process Follow-up — confirm phases & close the Apr mesh incident
Re-pull the live harvest-group roster once the AROYA app session is back to confirm the phase labels in this report. Confirm the April 27 repeater (H3400003153) RMA is closed and the flower-side mesh is healthy (see companion Device Health report).
Phases are signal-inferred this run, so a roster check makes them authoritative. And the prior touch at this site was a mesh fault — closing that loop keeps substrate coverage reliable for the next audit.

Data Quality & LimitationsCalidad de Datos y Limitaciones

What we could and couldn't measure. Coverage is the % of expected hourly samples present over the 14-day window.Qué se pudo y no se pudo medir.

Audit-level limitationsLimitaciones
  • Phases are SIGNAL-INFERRED, not roster-verified — the harvest-group roster was unavailable this run (AROYA app / SPA session down), so phase labels are read from steering signatures (photoperiod, dryback depth, pore-EC trajectory, VPD). Treat them as approximate until re-verified against a live roster pull. This is the first cultivation read of this site; the prior touch was the Apr 27 mesh-health incident.
  • Both flower rooms are fully sensed (TEROS substrate + climate + CO₂), so VWC, dryback, pore EC and substrate temp are graded in both Grow Room 1 and Grow Room 2 — there is no climate-only room at this site.
  • Shot counts and P1/P2 cadence are DERIVED, not measured — a "shot" is a VWC step-up of ≥0.8 pp between consecutive ~3-min samples. No flow-meter or valve-event telemetry exists. Counts are reliable for rhythm/consistency; absolute shot sizes (% of substrate volume) aren’t graded.
  • No runoff series exists for this facility — runoff % and runoff EC can’t be graded. A drain sensor or a manual runoff log would unlock leaching analysis.
  • Substrate type is not set in the AROYA room config — target bands are therefore generic. The signal (high daily peak VWC, deep drybacks in Room 2) reads like rockwool or a high-water-holding block, but isn’t confirmed.
  • Both rooms have CO₂ sensing, so CO₂ is graded. Clock times are local Central time (CDT, UTC−5), with lights-on estimated from each room’s diurnal air-temp ramp — Grow Room 1’s lights-on estimate is noisy given its flat, near-veg profile.
  • Overnight dryback (absolute pp) = daily peak VWC − the following pre-irrigation low on the zone-mean series. Per AROYA convention, never expressed relative to field capacity.
