12-room cultivation audit · Hytek: Bright Moor Gardens (facility 2993) · 2026-05-27 → 2026-06-10 (REAL 14-day trace, raw ~9-min cadence stitched from AROYA public_api, 2-day windows merged). This is a first-touch POC baseline — there is no prior audit or commitment history for this site, so the read below is a clean health-check of what AROYA telemetry shows across the deck and a marker for what the next two weeks should standardize. Phase mix is signal-inferred from steering signatures (dryback depth, pore-EC trajectory, VPD regime) — the harvest-group roster was unavailable this run (SPA session down), so phase labels are read from the data, not the AROYA HG calendar (see §10). Inferred mix: 5 bulking, 2 ripening, 3 early flower / stretch, 1 veg, 1 idle/turnover. The lead — is the deck steering coherently? Mostly yes at the finish, less so mid-flower. (1) The ripening pair is the model cohort. Flower 9 + Flower 11 land 25.1–25.8 pp daily dryback (absolute pp, peak − pre-irrigation low) against a 25–35 pp ripening target, with the tightest spread on the deck (0.7 pp dryback, 5.0 pp peak-VWC, P1 onset within 0.1 h day-to-day). That is textbook generative finishing — replicate its recipe discipline. (2) The bulking cohort is mostly in-band but inconsistent. Daily dryback runs 9.3–17.3 pp against a 12–18 pp target — the high rooms are correct, the low rooms (Flower 5/7 at ~9–13 pp) are under-drying. Peak VWC spreads 10.6 pp (31.3–41.9%) and P1 onset spreads 2.15 h across the cohort — same phase, different recipes. (3) Early-flower is the widest cohort. Dryback spreads 18.5 pp (10.3–28.8 pp) across the three stretch rooms — Flower 10 is steering generatively (28.8 pp, building stack) while Flower 6 sits shallow at 10.3 pp. If those are the same phase, they are on different programs. (4) Substrate runs lean and steerable. Daily peak VWC across flower sits ~31–55% with deep drybacks and pore EC stacking to 6–9 mS — a low-FC, high-steerability substrate (reads like coco or a small rockwool block; substrate type was not set in the AROYA config). (5) One room (Flower 1) reads idle/turnover — 0.6 pp dryback, ~0.2 shots/day, EC washing down — i.e. between runs, not a steering fault. Data window: 2026-05-27 → 2026-06-10, ≥98.8% timestamp coverage in all 12 deep-dive rooms (11 at 100%); 0 room(s) carry zone-level sensor flags. No CO₂ telemetry exists at this facility (no CO₂ sensor in the device fleet) and no flow/runoff series is available — shot counts and P1/P2 cadence are derived from VWC step-up signatures (≥0.8 pp rise between consecutive ~9-min samples; see §10 Data Quality).12-room cultivation audit · Hytek: Bright Moor Gardens (facility 2993) · 2026-05-27 → 2026-06-10 (REAL 14-day trace, raw ~9-min cadence stitched from AROYA public_api, 2-day windows merged). This is the opening POC read of Hytek: Bright Moor Gardens; there is no prior AROYA audit or commitment history for this site, so this section sets the baseline rather than grading deltas. The deck is already steering coherently at the finish — the ripening pair is a textbook generative-finish cohort and should be treated as the in-house template. The three things the next two weeks should standardize, in priority order:
1 · Normalize the bulking recipe. Daily dryback spans 9.3–17.3 pp and peak VWC 31.3–41.9% across rooms that read as the same phase — pick one P1 onset, shot size and P2 count per phase recipe and program it identically (§7, §9).
2 · Resolve the early-flower split. The three stretch rooms span 18.5 pp of dryback (10.3–28.8 pp) — confirm whether they are genuinely the same phase, and if so converge their programs (§5, §7).
3 · Close two telemetry gaps so the next audit can grade more. (a) No CO₂ sensor is deployed — CO₂ dosing is invisible to AROYA; adding an EE894/CO₂ probe in flower unlocks the climate side. (b) No flow/runoff series exists, so shot sizes and runoff % are derived, not measured — a drain-sensor or a one-week manual runoff log against the 20–30% bulking target would let the next cycle grade leaching directly. (c) Substrate type is not set in the AROYA room config — setting it tightens every phase target band.
Hardware footnote: Veg 1 returned no data this window (single device, likely offline/unplaced) and Veg 3 carries climate sensors only (no substrate probes) — both are device-coverage items, detailed in the companion Device Health report.Primer contacto POC de Hytek: Bright Moor Gardens; sin auditoría previa. La cohorte de maduración es el modelo interno. Does the day's VPD profile match the day's shot rhythm? A high-VPD afternoon needs P2 to defend FC. A low-VPD afternoon means cutting P2 to drive a deeper P3 dryback.

The 4-phase day is the grower's controller programming: P0 activation (lights-on → first shot), P1 ramp-up (small shots back to FC + first runoff), P2 maintenance (pulses holding VWC at FC, EC managed via runoff), P3 dry-down (last shot → next morning, the primary steering lever). The table below is the room-by-room answer to the consistency question: observed P1 onset (ET clock time ± day-to-day variation), shots/day, P2 pulses/day, daily peak VWC, and daily dryback — all derived from VWC step-up signatures (≥0.8 pp rise between consecutive ~9-min samples; no flow telemetry — see §10).
