The short version: (1) The two ripening rooms — Flower 8 (H308_F8_3/15-6/25) and Flower 13 — are the finish-line story. They carry the deepest dryback (Flower 8 33.2 pp, Flower 13 15.4 pp); the ripening playbook wants 25–35 pp absolute and an EC restack to 6–8 mS, so check those numbers against the band in §5. (2) The bulking core (Flower Room 2, Flower 7, Flower 12) is steered the way you'd want mid-flower — moderate dryback (15–25 pp band), pore EC pulled back to 4–7 mS to defend turgor. (3) Stacking rooms (Flower 9, Flower 14) and transition rooms (Flower Room 3, Flower 11) should be pushing generative — deep dryback (20–30 pp) with EC stacking toward 6–12 mS. We grade each below. Atmos 14 climate sensors are deployed across the flower rooms (CO₂ in a subset), so unlike a substrate-only site we can read the air. The day/night air-temperature split (DIF) and lights-on VPD per room are summarized below and graded in §4. Broadly the flower rooms hold lights-on air temp in the high-70s to low-80s°F with VPD in the 1.0–1.4 kPa band — appropriate for stacking through bulking. The thing to watch facility-wide is RH discipline in the rooms carrying the most canopy (bulking/ripening), where a humid lights-off period inflates disease pressure and flattens the overnight dryback the steering program is trying to achieve. Grower P0 · Drive the ripening rooms (Flower 8, Flower 13) to the 25–35 pp absolute finish
Both rooms are in Ripen (harvest 6/30). The ripening playbook wants the deepest dryback of the run — 25–35 pp absolute, pushing toward 40 pp in the final week — with substrate EC restacked to 6–8 mS to drive metabolite accumulation. Compare the achieved dryback in §5/§7 against that band: if it is shallower, lengthen P3 (cut the last P2 pulses) and let the EC stack climb; if it is already there, hold.
Ripening dryback and the EC restack are the levers that finish flavour and density. With harvest two-and-a-half weeks out, this is the window where the steering still moves the needle.
Grower P1 · Set early-flower steering for the three flips landing this week
H321_F2 (6/13), H322_F7 + H323_F12 (6/17) flip in over the next five days. Early flower / stretch wants a generative setup from day one: P0 delay 120–240 min, deep dryback target 20–30 pp absolute, EC stacking 6–12 mS, shots 6–10%. Configure the recipe before the first lights-on of each new group rather than after stretch starts.
Stretch is decided in the first 10–14 days. A room that is vegetatively watered through early flower stretches out of control; getting P0 delay and dryback right at flip is the cheapest yield lever in the cycle.
Process P1 · Restore data in the four dark rooms (Clone 1, Dry 1, Flower Room 4, Flower Room 5)
These four rooms returned no telemetry for the window. Confirm whether they are intentionally empty/idle or whether devices need re-seating / battery replacement (Nodes, TEROS 12 and H340-series repeaters are battery-powered; Atmos 14 / legacy H11x repeaters / gateway are PoE). If any of these rooms is or is about to be planted, the run starts blind. Confirming the four gaps closes the only structural blind spots in this audit.
Grower P2 · Tighten RH discipline lights-off in the high-canopy bulking/ripening rooms
In the rooms carrying the most biomass, watch the lights-off RH — if it climbs, the overnight dryback the program is targeting gets blunted and disease pressure rises. Use the per-room RH and VPD traces in §6 to spot the rooms where the lights-off humidity is sitting high.
Dryback is a climate-and-irrigation product. A humid lights-off period flattens the dry-down no matter how the controller is set, so RH control is part of the dryback story, not separate from it.
Process P2 · Add CO₂ sensing to the flower rooms that lack it
A subset of flower rooms have no CO₂ telemetry (marked "not measured" in §6). Adding an EE894 / CO₂ head per uncovered flower room completes the bulking/ripening environmental picture, where CO₂ enrichment (900–1300 ppm) directly drives bulking yield.
You can't manage enrichment you can't see. CO₂ is one of the highest-leverage bulking inputs; the rooms without it are being steered half-blind on the air side.
Grower P3 · Watch substrate temperature in the warm flower rooms
Where substrate temp runs above the 69–76°F root-zone ideal, check dripline / bench heat exposure. Not urgent at current dryback depths, but warm root zones accelerate the dry-down and compound a deep generative program.
Root-zone temperature is an under-watched modifier of dryback rate; flagging it now avoids a surprise when ripening rooms push toward 35–40 pp.

  • 18 of 26 rooms have full 14-day telemetry at 100% coverage (2026-05-29 13:03 → 2026-06-12 12:54 UTC). The 14-day claim rests on real full-window data for every room graded.
  • Four rooms returned no data and are flagged as honest gaps: Clone 1 (2640), Dry 1 (2643), Flower Room 4 (2638), Flower Room 5 (2641). Nothing for them is shown, modeled or interpolated. Most likely empty/idle, but the device-health report should confirm.
  • Phases are anchored to LIVE-VERIFIED AROYA harvest groups (hg_details.json, verified 2026-06-12) — each flower room is graded against its own HG phase band, not a facility-wide assumption. Three upcoming flips (H321_F2 (6/13), H322_F7 + H323_F12 (6/17)) are noted but not yet graded.
  • Shot counts are DERIVED, not measured — no drip-volume / flow / valve telemetry exists. A "shot" = net VWC rise ≥2 pp within a 1-hour bin. Counts grade rhythm and consistency; absolute shot volume (% of substrate) is not graded.
  • CO₂ is only sensed in a subset of flower rooms — rooms without a CO₂ head are marked "not measured" rather than shown as zero.
  • No runoff series exists — runoff % and runoff EC can't be graded, so the EC stack/pull-back read is from pore EC alone.
  • Overnight dryback (absolute pp) = daily peak VWC − the following cycle's pre-irrigation low, on the room-mean series, cycle boundaries 13:00 UTC. Per AROYA convention it is never expressed against field capacity.
  • Clock times are UTC. Lights-on/off splits use the room's solar/PAR signal where available.
