5-room cultivation audit · POWRHOUSE (facility 3754) · 2026-05-27 → 2026-06-10 — REAL 14-day trace, raw ~9-min cadence stitched into 2-day chunks via aroya-sdk v0.2.0, all five rooms ≥0.999 coverage with the pull-time coverage gate passing natively. This is a tracking audit — POWRHOUSE has prior commitments from the 2026-06 long-term review (POWR 3 was 34.1% of facility yield), so the read below grades against those promises, not as a cold start. The short version: (1) POWR 4 is the bright spot — the CO₂ crash flagged last time (1431→603 ppm) is resolved, holding steady ~1487 ppm, and it is the only room actively stacking EC (+1.91 mS, 4.1→5.9 over the window) — textbook generative bulking. Its VPD is still soft (0.78 kPa) so that recommendation only partly landed. (2) POWR 3's drain-EC problem is unresolved — zone 57895 still reads 11.7→14.0 mS drain EC (peak 14.9), the 24 h leach we asked for has not been run. Substrate EC averages 7.01 mS at the top of the band; this is the highest-priority open item. (3) POWR 1 holds its bulking pattern but VPD stays soft (0.89 kPa vs 1.2–1.4) and the substrate-temp inversion persists (substrate 77.5°F ≥ air 77.5°F) — both prior YELLOW items are unchanged. (4) POWR 2 is mid-flush for turnover — substrate EC pulled back to 3.51 mS (net -0.32), tracking the ripening taper plan. (5) Veg Room runs an 18/6 day with a shallow 3.8 pp dryback and low 4.02 mS EC — appropriate for veg. Data window: 2026-05-27 → 2026-06-10; coverage 0.9991–0.9996 per room (Data Quality). Shot counts are derived from VWC step-up signatures (≥2 pp jumps in 1-h bins) — see the footnote. Dryback is in absolute pp (peak VWC − pre-irrigation low) throughout, per AROYA convention.5-room cultivation audit · POWRHOUSE (facility 3754) · 2026-05-27 → 2026-06-10 — REAL 14-day trace, raw ~9-min cadence stitched into 2-day chunks via aroya-sdk v0.2.0, all five rooms ≥0.999 coverage with the pull-time coverage gate passing natively. Does the day's VPD profile match the day's shot rhythm and EC trajectory? A higher-VPD lights-on period pulls water out faster (higher ET) and needs P2 maintenance pulses to defend field capacity; a calmer day lets you cut P2 and drive a deeper P3 dry-down. Substrate EC is read as the output of steering — stacking in generative phases (good), pulling back in flush.¿El perfil VPD del día coincide con el ritmo de shots y la CE? The 4-phase day is how the controller is programmed: P0 activation (lights-on → first shot — let the plant wake and start transpiring), P1 ramp-up (small shots back to field capacity + first runoff), P2 maintenance (pulses holding VWC at field capacity), P3 dry-down (last shot → next morning — the main steering lever). Shots/day, peak VWC, the field-capacity floor and overnight dryback (absolute pp) are derived from VWC step-up signatures (≥2 pp jumps in 1-h bins; no valve telemetry).El día de 4 fases: P0 activación, P1 rampa, P2 mantenimiento, P3 dry-down. RecommendationsRecomendaciones

Prioritized, plain-language. Owner = facility lead; Grower = day-to-day room operator; Process = AROYA / Addium follow-up. Each ties to the data, the phase target and the prior commitment it closes.Priorizadas. Owner = responsable; Grower = operador; Process = AROYA / Addium.

Grower POWR 3 — run the 24 h leach (closes prior RED)
Run the overdue 24 h leach on POWR 3 zone 57895: low-EC feed (~0.5 mS) until drain EC drops below ~6 mS, then resume the normal recipe. Drain EC there still reads 11.7→14.0 mS over this window.
This was the top RED from the long-term review and it has not moved — sustained 12–15 mS drain EC with no flush is salt accumulation that caps yield and risks lockout. POWR 3 carried 34.1% of facility yield last cycle, so this room is where the leach pays back hardest.
Grower POWR 1 — deepen P3, lift VPD into the bulking band
Extend the P3 dry-down (push the last shot earlier / lengthen the overnight gap) and drop RH ~8 pp so VPD climbs from 0.89 toward 1.2–1.4 kPa. Also restore between-shot oxygenation to break the substrate-temp inversion (substrate 77.5°F ≥ air 77.5°F).
Both items carried over as YELLOW and are unchanged. Soft VPD in bulking flattens transpiration and the EC stack; the substrate-warmer-than-air inversion is an anaerobic-root risk. Same fix family: more dry-down, drier air, more air movement at the root zone.
Grower POWR 4 — lift VPD to match the EC stack (partial prior item)
POWR 4 is stacking EC well (+1.91 mS) but VPD is still 0.78 kPa vs the 1.0–1.4 target. Pull RH down / nudge temp up so the climate matches the generative push the irrigation is already driving.
The CO₂ crash is fixed and the EC trajectory is textbook — but soft VPD is the last thing holding the room back from a clean generative bulk. Aligning VPD with the EC stack is the highest-ROI tweak here.
Grower POWR 2 — hold the flush, then taper for ripening
The flush is working — substrate EC pulled back to 3.51 mS (net -0.32). Hold 7–10 more days, then taper feed for ripening rather than letting EC free-fall.
This was an INFO item and it's on track. The risk now is over-flushing into ripening; a controlled taper keeps the EC restack ripening wants (6.0–8.0 mS) reachable.
Process Add a runoff signal + confirm POWR 2/3 phases at next pull
POWR 3 already exposes drain-flow index (zones 57889/57890/57895) — surface drain EC + runoff % in the live dashboard so leaching can be graded directly instead of inferred. Re-pull the harvest-group roster once POWR 2/3 restart so their phase labels become roster-verified.
Two rooms are between cycles, so their phases are signal-inferred this run. Drain telemetry exists in POWR 3 but isn't surfaced — wiring it in turns the POWR 3 leach into a measured, closeable item next audit.

Data Quality & LimitationsCalidad de Datos y Limitaciones

This report was generated end-to-end via aroya-sdk v0.2.0. All five rooms were pulled as 7 stitched 2-day chunks each (35 sequential /rooms/<id>/chart/ GETs), deduped on timestamp, with the pull-time coverage gate (threshold 0.90) passing natively — zero 429s, zero failed chunks. Coverage below is the SDK's per-room ratio.Reporte generado de extremo a extremo con aroya-sdk v0.2.0. Cobertura por sala del SDK.

Audit-level limitationsLimitaciones
  • POWR 2 & POWR 3 phases are SIGNAL-INFERRED — both rooms are between cycles with no CURRENT harvest group, so their phase labels (ripening/flush, bulking) are read from steering signatures (EC trajectory, dryback depth in pp, photoperiod), not the AROYA calendar. POWR 1 + POWR 4 are roster-verified (Bulking/Vegetative 2).
  • Shot counts are DERIVED, not measured — a "shot" is a VWC step-up of ≥2 pp between consecutive 1-h bins. No valve-event or flow-meter telemetry exists. Counts are reliable for rhythm/consistency; absolute shot volumes (% of substrate) are not graded.
  • POWR 1's window-mean dryback (~42 pp absolute) is span-inflated — it's taken as daily VWC peak − daily VWC trough across the full day on a two-stack room, which conflates intraday swing with the true overnight peak→pre-first-shot pull. Read it as "deep-swinging", not a literal 42 pp overnight dryback. The other rooms are less affected.
  • Photoperiod inference is coarse — lights-on hours are inferred from hour-of-day CO₂/temp ramp; POWR 1/3/4 read ~12/12, Veg Room ~18/6. Good enough for DIF; not exact.
  • POWR 3 drain EC is the strongest "hot zone" signal — zone 57895 drain EC 11.7→14.0 mS (peak 14.9). Drip EC there is ~2.7 mS, so the gap is genuine in-substrate accumulation, not feed.
  • Overnight dryback (absolute pp) = daily peak VWC − the following pre-irrigation low on the zone-mean series. Per AROYA convention, never expressed relative to field capacity.
