5-room cultivation audit · POWRHOUSE (facility 3754, Sacramento CA) · 2026-06-09 → 2026-06-23 — REAL 14-day trace, raw ~9-min cadence stitched into 2-day chunks, all five rooms 100% coverage (the pull-time coverage gate passed natively). Prepared for the CCMS × AROYA implementation review (Kevin Crouch, Sergio Picazo). POWRHOUSE is an AUTOMAIT pilot site and AROYA showroom, so this is a tracking audit — it grades against the open commitments from the June long-term review, not as a cold start. All three live harvest groups are in Bulking / Vegetative 2: POWR 1 carries two (Upper 422 + Lower 272 plants, flip 2026-05-08) and POWR 4 carries one (406 plants, flip 2026-05-25). The short version: (1) POWR 4 is the bright spot — the prior CO₂ crash (1431→603 ppm) is resolved, holding ~1587 ppm, VPD has recovered to 0.82 kPa (was 0.67) and substrate EC is stacking +0.53 mS to 5.80 mS — a clean generative bulk. (2) POWR 3's salt problem is being addressed — substrate EC is flushing hard (-3.92 mS net over the window to 4.84 mS) on a deep 35.6 pp dry-down; the overdue leach is now running. Confirm drain EC has followed down at the next pull to close it. (3) POWR 1 holds its bulking pattern with VPD now 0.92 kPa and EC 6.45 mS (top of the bulking band); the only carry-over is the substrate-temp inversion (substrate 74.8°F vs air 74.1°F). (4) POWR 2 has finished its flush and re-stacked to 5.12 mS (net +0.67) — back in the bulking band, plan executed. (5) Veg Room runs an 18/6 day with a shallow 5.1 pp dryback and low 3.82 mS EC — appropriate for veg. Data window: 2026-06-09 → 2026-06-23; coverage 100% per room (Data Quality). Shot counts are derived from VWC step-up signatures (≥2 pp jumps in 1-h bins) — see the footnote. Dryback is in absolute pp (peak VWC − pre-irrigation low) throughout, per AROYA convention.

Five of six items have closed or are actively resolving this window — POWR 4's CO₂ + VPD recovered, POWR 3's leach is running, POWR 2's flush completed and re-stacked. Does the day's VPD profile match the day's shot rhythm and EC trajectory? A higher-VPD lights-on period pulls water out faster (higher ET) and needs P2 maintenance pulses to defend field capacity; a calmer day lets you cut P2 and drive a deeper P3 dry-down. Substrate EC is read as the output of steering — stacking in generative phases (good), pulling back in flush.

The 4-phase day is how the controller is programmed: P0 activation (lights-on → first shot — let the plant wake and start transpiring), P1 ramp-up (small shots back to field capacity + first runoff), P2 maintenance (pulses holding VWC at field capacity), P3 dry-down (last shot → next morning — the main steering lever). Shots/day, peak VWC, the field-capacity floor and overnight dryback (absolute pp) are derived from VWC step-up signatures (≥2 pp jumps in 1-h bins; no valve telemetry).
