Fleet compositionComposición de la flota

Mesh backbone:Red troncal: 19 of 50 units are online and communicating, so the gateway can push WP5 to them at the scheduled update; the 31 offline units simply stay on WP4 (unchanged — not harmed). This facility has 6 Hybrid gateways on record, all reporting ggVer=2 (WP5): H2100002172 and H2100004874 are online; the other four (H2100002311, H2100003030, H2100004695, H2100004826) have been silent since 2024–2025 — confirm in the AROYA app whether they are decommissioned before the push. The push is run remotely by AROYA; a site visit is the exception, not the default.19 de 50 unidades están en línea; las 31 fuera de línea permanecen en WP4 (sin daño).

Your fleet is 50 physical devices behind 6 Hybrid gateways (H2100…, all reporting ggVer=2 / WP5; 2 of 6 online). The mesh carries 3 range-extender/IO radios (H110…, no sensor payload), 12 climate stations (4 × H1110 and 2 × H4110 with Atmos-14, plus 6 legacy H4210 with EE894 probes — all Climate One trade-in candidates), and 29 TEROS-12 substrate nodes (21 × H3110 and 8 × H3210). Of the 41 attached sensors, 16 are reporting on online radios; the rest are dark with an offline host. Attached sensors ride their host radio through the WP5 push.Su flota son 50 dispositivos físicos tras 6 gateways Hybrid (H2100…, todos ggVer=2 / WP5; 2 de 6 en línea): 3 repetidores/IO (H110…), 12 estaciones climáticas (Atmos-14 y EE894 legacy — candidatas Climate One) y 29 nodos de sustrato TEROS-12 (H3110/H3210). De 41 sensores, 16 reportan en radios en línea.

How the WP5 update works & how to prepareCómo funciona la actualización WP5 y cómo prepararse

The gateway updates to WP5 and pushes it to every device that is online and communicating at the scheduled time (the go/no-go is: online, battery ≥ 30%, signal ≥ 50%). Devices that are offline at that moment simply stay on WP4 — they are not harmed, they just don't get the new firmware. The catch is compatibility, not damage: a WP4 device needs a WP4-matched gateway to keep communicating, so the goal is to have as many devices as possible online at the push. The update is run remotely by AROYA; keeping the fleet online is the site's responsibility.

  1. P0Bring as many devices online as possible before the scheduled push. Work the "Offline" and "Likely to miss" lists — replace batteries and shore up signal so each meets online + battery ≥ 30% + signal ≥ 50%. Every device up at push time receives WP5; every device down stays on WP4.
  2. P1Shore up the "At risk" list. Marginal battery/signal devices may drop out around the push window — plan battery swaps and repeater coverage now.
  3. P2Decide what to retire or trade in instead of recovering. For dead/legacy sensors you won't bring back, mark them for a TEROS One / Climate One upgrade in the planner above rather than spending effort reviving them — and claim the free trade-in above first.
  4. P3Confirm the gateways are online in the AROYA app. The gateway carries the push; verify the backbone — especially the four Hybrid gateways silent since 2024–2025 — before the scheduled update.
  5. After the push, recover any stragglers. Devices that were offline can still be brought current later by reverting a gateway to WP4, bringing them online, re-running, then returning the gateway to WP5 — there's no time limit. Keep the mixed WP4/WP5 window short, though: mixed firmware on one network long-term can cause connectivity issues.
  6. Note: existing WP4 gear keeps working as-is; new AROYA equipment requires WP5, which is the reason to update.

Method & scope. One row per physical device (H-prefix radio serial); an attached sensor (TEROS-12, Atmos-14, EE894) is folded into its host radio and sensor-head serials are masked — locate hardware by the H-prefix radio serial. Class by serial prefix (H110 = range extender, H111/H411/H421 = climate station, H21 = gateway, H31x/H32x = node). Readiness reflects the WP5 go/no-go — a device receives WP5 only if it is online at the scheduled push; otherwise it stays on WP4 (unharmed) and can be recovered later via a WP4 gateway revert. Values shown are a LIVE device snapshot pulled 2026-07-14 (online status, live battery %, raw RSSI indicator 0–8, and last-communication) via the SPA /devices/?facility=2705 endpoint and gateway ggVersion — not 24-hour telemetry percentiles. Fields the live snapshot does not carry (link quality, travel time, gap counts) are shown as “—” rather than estimated. ggVersion, room names and mesh pairing are read directly from the snapshot; nothing on this page is fabricated. This is a device-readiness report — cultivation metrics are covered in the facility’s cultivation audits, not here.
