0 / 15 devices online. Palatka has had a total telemetry blackout since 2026-05-25 22:09Z — a gateway-led single-upstream failure took the whole mesh dark, so there is zero cultivation data for this window. Recovery needs one gateway visit (power/uplink at the gateway), after which the mesh should re-form on its own. Full details are in the separate Palatka device health report.0/15 dispositivos en línea desde el 25-may. La recuperación requiere una visita al gateway. The deployment itself worked: 21 rooms are telemetering within the honest 8-day window, and the three registered harvest groups (F 2 in Ripening/Generative 2, F 1 in Bulking/Vegetative 2, F 4 one week into Early Flower/Generative) all have substrate + climate visibility for the tail of their runs. The two structural findings for the check-in: (1) 11 instrumented flower-side rooms have no harvest group registered in AROYA, so their telemetry can't be graded against any phase; (2) Mom 2 (13) went dark on 7/1 when its Climate One dropped off the mesh. On steering: F 2's ripening read is the one that matters this week — it harvests 7/13–14 — details in Phase Biophysics.
This is the first cultivation report for Verano – PA, so there are no PA-specific prior commitments — this report sets the baseline. At the org level, two commitments from the Palatka F9 report (Apr 2026) remain open and are blocked by the Palatka outage:Primer informe de PA — sin compromisos previos aquí.

One week of data is not an HVAC capacity verdict — July peak loads and full-canopy latent loads are still ahead. What the week-1 data does show: lights-on air temps across the three HG rooms averaged 81.7–80.6°F with F 2 holding 77.4°F lights-on / 75.5°F lights-off. No sustained excursion pattern that suggests the plant is out-running the equipment yet, but dehumidification will be the thing to watch as F 1 finishes bulking (peak transpiration) in mid-July. Equipment specs / tonnage are not on file for this facility — worth collecting at the check-in so week-4 can grade load vs capacity properly.
VPD is the hinge between the climate deck and the irrigation program: it sets transpiration, which sets overnight dryback. Week-1 lights-on VPD: F 2 1.65 kPa vs a 1.4–1.6 ripening target, F 1 2.21 kPa vs 1.2–1.4 bulking, F 4 1.43 kPa vs 1.0–1.2 stretch. Where VPD runs under target, expect shallower drybacks than the phase wants — that shows up directly in the Shot-Cycle section. Use the chips in section 5 to overlay any rooms on these charts; Compare mode multi-selects.VPD conecta clima y riego.
Click a chip to focus a room (its card scrolls into view and every overlay chart re-renders to that room). Compare mode lets you multi-select rooms to overlay. With nothing selected, overlays default to the three HG rooms.
F 2 (Flower 2) — Ripening (generative finish). Steering intent for this phase is generative: deep overnight dryback, substrate EC restacked to 6.0–8.0 mS, VPD 1.4–1.6 kPa. Observed this window: peak VWC 50.1%, trough 29.1%, overnight dryback 14.1 absolute pp (target 25–35 pp), substrate EC 6.54 mS (target 6.0–8.0), lights-on VPD 1.65 kPa (target 1.4–1.6), substrate temp 74.6°F, ~1.5 shots/day (VWC step-up derived).
F 1 (Flower 1) — Bulking (vegetative lean). Steering intent for this phase is vegetative-leaning (bulking): moderate dryback 12–18 pp, substrate EC pulled back to 4.0–7.0 mS, VPD 1.2–1.4 kPa. Observed this window: peak VWC 57.2%, trough 29.5%, overnight dryback 25.5 absolute pp (target 12–18 pp), substrate EC 7.24 mS (target 4.0–7.0), lights-on VPD 2.21 kPa (target 1.2–1.4), substrate temp 78.7°F, ~2.6 shots/day (VWC step-up derived).
F 4 (Flower 4) — Early Flower / Stretch (generative push). Steering intent for this phase is generative (stretch control): deep dryback 20–30 pp, long P0 delay (120–240 min), substrate EC stacking toward 6.0–12.0 mS, VPD 1.0–1.2 kPa. Observed this window: peak VWC 54.8%, trough 21.3%, overnight dryback 27.2 absolute pp (target 20–30 pp), substrate EC 3.85 mS (target 6.0–12.0), lights-on VPD 1.43 kPa (target 1.0–1.2), substrate temp 79.6°F, ~2.9 shots/day (VWC step-up derived).
Verano's own stated dryback / EC / VPD targets for this facility are not documented anywhere we have access to — the bands above are AROYA practitioner benchmarks, not Verano goals. Confirming Verano's targets is an open question for this check-in.Los objetivos propios de Verano no están documentados — pregunta abierta.
Framed on the P0/P1/P2/P3 irrigation day: P0 activation hold after lights-on, P1 ramp back to field capacity with first runoff, P2 maintenance pulses, P3 dry-down into the overnight — P3 is the steering lever. This facility has no drip-volume series yet, so shot counts below are derived from VWC step-ups (a shot = a ≥2 pp rise of room-mean VWC within a 1-hour bin) — see footnote. Week-1 shot cadence: F 2 ~1.5 shots/day, F 1 ~2.6, F 4 ~2.9. Dryback (absolute pp, peak-to-following-trough): F 2 14.1 pp vs 25–35 target (generative finish wants more P3 depth if it's under), F 1 25.5 pp vs 12–18, F 4 27.2 pp vs 20–30 (stretch control wants deep P3 + long P0 delay). One week in, treat these as baselines to steer from rather than verdicts — P0 delay minutes and P1 shot spacing can't be resolved confidently at this cadence yet and are queued for the week-2 read. Semana 1 = línea base, no veredicto.
Shot-count derivation: no drip/drain volume series exists at this facility yet, so a “shot” is counted when room-mean VWC rises ≥2 pp between consecutive 1-hour bins. This undercounts small P2 micro-pulses and can merge back-to-back P1 shots; it is the honest floor, not an exact controller log.
No room-config or irrigation-schedule files were pulled for this window, so this section is deliberately thin rather than padded. What the HG roster does show: all three harvest groups were built from the same source recipe (135608) with confirmed phase calendars (F 2 ripening 6/29→7/13, F 1 bulking 6/29→7/16, F 4 early flower 7/1→7/22). Controller/irrigation setpoints, substrate type, and zone-to-valve mapping are not on file — collecting those is a week-2 item and a prerequisite for grading P1/P2 execution.
Honest-window statement: this is a week-1 post-deploy read, not a 14-day audit. Sensors went live 6/29 (flower/veg-1 side) and 7/1 (Veg 2, Room 6, dry/cure/prop). All three harvest groups pre-date instrumentation — F 2 started 5/22, F 1 6/8, F 4 flipped 7/1 — so AROYA covers only the final stretch of F 2, the bulking tail of F 1, and effectively all of F 4 so far. Timestamps were validated before any computation (Rule 2): coverage below is measured from each room's first actual reading — several rooms' sensors came online mid-bring-up (6/29–7/1), so first readings can trail the nominal window open by up to ~a day; nothing was synthesized to fill that lead-in. Every room's data reaches the window end except Mom 2 (13), which is honestly reported dark after 7/1.Declaración de ventana honesta: lectura de semana 1, no auditoría de 14 días. Timestamps validados antes de calcular.

Known gaps: no drip/drain volume series (shots derived from VWC step-ups, see §7 footnote); no controller config on file (§8); lights-on/off split derived from the air-temp day cycle per room; rooms without a registered HG have no phase, so no target bands are applied to them; P0 delay minutes and P1 spacing deferred to week-2 when there is enough history to segment the irrigation day confidently.
