A radio is a mesh device: it carries battery, signal, link quality and travel time, and it is what firmware runs on. A sensor is a probe: it carries substrate or climate readings. They are counted separately and they fail differently — a radio fails on battery or signal; a sensor fails on seating, media contact or calibration. Walibe has 38 radios and 38 sensors. They split into two very different groups. 2 are an API gap, not a fault: the h421 Climate One in FR 3 and the gateway in OFFICE emit no device-level series through public_api.
